		<description>From what you describe it sounds as though your Audiologist or hearing-aid dispenser is greatly at fault, and you have not been given the correct familiarization procedure to adjust the volume of your aid, - or possibly even the correct mode of operation, if it&#039;s a digital, &#039;selective&#039; mode device.
Your doctor should have checked this. 

The other way of handling your hearing-loss is to get glasses (spectacles) with the hearing-aid device embedded in the legs, and which go behind your ears, transmitting sound of a much purer quality, through the bones. I have these, and they&#039;re a blessing, compared with the old &#039;in-the-ear&#039; ones. I can thoroughly recommend them from personal use&lt;br&gt;&lt;b&gt;References : &lt;/b&gt;&lt;br&gt;Cardiovascular Physicist.</description>
