"no audio device" my speakers are plugged in i can hear sound on the computer but not the internet?

i can hear my music on windows media player but when i’m on the the internet and want to watch a video there is no sound. when i go to the control panel in the sounds and audio device it says there is no audio device what do i need to do to fix it.

    You need to install your audio drivers. You need to go to your computers manufacturers web site and download the audio drivers for your make and model.

    download the latest flash player. download k-lite codec pack. restore your internet browser. you can find that on tools/option.
