Gerald is brilliantly consistent, Check out his website at trendsresearch. He predicted most of the major up-heavals of the past twenty years. The message that he repeats is clear and simple because there are a lot of people who are still sleep-walking. Its is not all about blame. It is about waking up and seeing which way the wreckage is falling, and then re-organising your life, your business and your means of support, in order to survive the coming crisis. Blame is almost irrelevant.

I don’t know when it will happen. There are just way too many factors to give a clear date. I can tell you one thing though. If the US continues their monetary policies as they have been the past few years, you can be assured that the dollar will collapse and it will be within the next decade or sooner.
Also, pay attention to China. Their market is more “free” than ours, they stopped their bailouts and continue to save.
The dollar lost 95% of it’s value since the creation of the FED.

It sure does. I have a very hard time having people understand the magnitude of our “situation”. Liberals are hard to convince due to domestic issues (Keynesian economics), conservatives are stubborn due to their view on foreign policy (wars in Middle East).
The only thing I can do is keep educating; hopefully I’ll be able to wake a handful of people up.

I m not from the US and I just see the news worldwide. it’s very easy for the common person the add all the facts happening and take the right conclusions. we dont to be geniuses to see that this money that the governments injected on the economies do not exist and that some day it will have to be paid. but without jobs, there’s no taxes, without taxes the gov can’t pay ANYTHING! the banks are almost the only companies who report profits . WHY?

I’m sure the elite of this country will continue to keep making money. I know this might sound harsh but they need the poor and middle class to continue making them rich. I know they do not want to give up on making the money flow into their pockets so they’ll come up with something for the working class. They’ll probably also do something to expand their profits in the emerging countries. I’m in hopes that other countries will help the US just like we have helped others in times of need…
